Su guía que habla inglés le recogerá en su hotel de Pekín entre las 7.00 h y las 7.30 h para iniciar el viaje.

La primera parada es la Plaza de Tiananmén, que está situada en el centro de Pekín. Se trata de la mayor plaza del mundo, rodeada de magníficos edificios como el Museo Nacional de China y el Mausoleo del Presidente Mao.

Camine por la plaza y entre en la Ciudad Prohibida, un lugar declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO y uno de los cinco palacios más importantes del mundo. Con 9999,5 salas, fue la residencia y el lugar de trabajo de 24 emperadores de las dinastías Ming (1368-1644) y Qing (1644-1911). Podrá ver exposiciones de los tesoros imperiales y las colecciones de aquella época.

Antes de disfrutar de un almuerzo tradicional chino, realice una breve visita a una fábrica de jade, donde podrá adquirir algunos conocimientos sobre el jade y ver su proceso de talla. Seguidamente, se dirigirá a la sección Mutianyu de la Gran Muralla, la más larga y totalmente restaurada con menos multitudes y más torres de vigilancia. Es conocida por sus hermosos alrededores de frondosos bosques. El teleférico para subir y bajar por la montaña es opcional y corre de su cuenta.

En el camino de vuelta visitará una farmacia de medicina tradicional china, donde podrá adquirir algunos conocimientos sobre medicina tradicional y disfrutar de un masaje de pies gratuito. Posteriormente, se le trasladará de vuelta a su hotel en Pekín alrededor de las 18.00h.

In the evening (between 7-9 pm) prior to departure day, your tour guide will call your hotel to confirm the exact pick-up time for the next day.

This was a short day trip worth taking and was worth the money as well. There were only 9 of us taking the tour and our guide Justin was very knowledgeable of the history of the places we visited. Since we were trying to cover Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and the Great Wall at Mutianyu in just one day, it feels like we were always in a hurry. Overall though, it was a great trip and very educational.

This is the best tout for solo travellers. Highly cost effective and with all required amenities. Hiking to the wall was the best part with knowledgeable English speaking guide. Fantastic experience. Recommended

Our tour guide Walter was just ok. He is knowledgeable however it is very hard to understand his accent and he speaks too fast. The tour felt very rush as well. Plus, in our tour group, we had an elderly man who couldnt walk so well he was using a cane but Walter was not so considerate and walked too fast. Other people in the group was also trying to catch up with the tour guide. Our group stayed together during the tour but our tour guide would always walk too far ahead. It was also hard to spot him as he only attached a small pink purse on his telescoping pole. On the other hand, the places we visited was interesting but I think it would be better if we had more time on the Great Wall.
