Very friendly, professional, informative and safety oriented tour. Lots of places to hop on and off the buses at convenient locations. We had 4 different drivers and all were excellent with lots of info on the different sites. We used this service for a day off our cruise ship, only negative was finding where to catch the bus when we got off the ship. Would highly recommend this company as good way to see the sites of Boston.
Loved it. Very convenient. Stopped at all the right places. Suggest you get off at stop 2 for the Old Church, Paul Revere statue and Paul Revere house and walk back to stop 1 along this route to get back on. This is a very nice walk and less distance than turning around and going back to stop 2. Had enough time to have pizza and a Mikes cannoli and still see everything we wanted to see at the other stops!
One busy days, more trolleys need to be added. We had to wait for 50 minutes for a trolley that had seats available at one stop. If no one gets off, we couldn't get on.
Very good tour. Wish we had even heard more about things we pAst but traffic was very heavy. Was amazed how Captain Jack manoeuvred the trolley through the city with such ease. Enjoyed his narration . Very friendly person on our Sept 16th. visit.
Tour guides were all very nice and friendly. All were knowledgeable about the history of Boston. I would recommend this tour to all who wan't to see Boston and only have a limited amount of time to see the sites.
30 min. Search for learn that the stop is not at Harvard square but Kendal station an other 20 min. At kendall station to find the bus sign with à cop help. Alter that , the guide talk so loud that we wanted leave the bus. Bad expérience.
We enjoyed hearing different stories from the drivers. I learned a lot. It’s great to be able to see sites and not worry about driving or parking.
First driver gave some great info on the city but seemed to chatter more about her personal opinions which I’m not paying for. The second driver was terrific with facts n fun facts peppered w his cute jokes. Ty
Excellent experience. Giovanni was the best driver and tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and very niceand quite humorous! Our only reservation was that we should have been told which stops were closed so you would not waste time getting off to see them.
Entertaining drivers, great stops. Busses can get full and wait time can exceed 30 minutes when traffic is heavy. Drivers good about letting dispatch know when bus is full and people waiting.
We used the trolley both days. On second day we hopped off more often. First day was a great tour of the city.
The hop on hope off service was very good. The drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed Boston with this service. My complaint is the cost. We paid near $50. and you can pay at the bus at $22. We were very disappointed in the price difference.
I love my tour! GOVANNI is the best and the trolley song is awesome! The guide was funny and seem to know the history of Boston really well.
Great way to see the city.
Great way to get about and very interesting stories from the drivers.
