Our guides were really great. The only reason I didnt give a 5 was because one of the two-person kayaks was awfully difficult to maneuver. However one of the guides spent a lot of time helping as much a possible. It was a wonderful experience otherwise and everything was beautiful! The office is located in one of the side streets leading into Old city, but relatively easy to find. I recommend bringing snacks and water.
