A continuación, seguiremos nuestra aventura hacia una de las universidades más antiguas de África, llamada " Al Quaraouin", que fue fundada en 859. Otro antiguo lugar histórico es la Madraza Bou Inania, que expresa la belleza de la arquitectura meriní. Nuestra próxima parada en nuestra visita a Fez será la fuente Najjarine, y el museo Batha, que contiene muchos objetos tradicionales. A continuación, nos dirigiremos a explorar la curtiduría Chouara, donde se limpia y se tiñe la piel, que se vende a los artesanos del cuero. Visitaremos los lugares del exterior, incluido Bad Boujloud o lo que se conoce como la puerta azul. Esta puerta es impresionante, con la combinación de azulejos tradicionales azules y verdes.
A continuación, haremos una parada en el barrio judío " Mallah", que fue construido en 1438 por los hábiles arquitectos. Después visitaremos la sinagoga más antigua y famosa del norte de África. La sinagoga Ibn Danan data del siglo XVII y fue construida por Mimoun Ben Sidan. Nuestra próxima parada será en las puertas del Palacio Real, que fascinará a los visitantes con las enormes puertas doradas y las decoraciones de la época tradicional, así como el yeso tallado. Después de tomar fotografías para recordar el mágico edificio, continuaremos hasta el último lugar de nuestra visita a Fez, que es el jardín Jnan Sbil. Este lugar da un aspecto andaluz al entorno, con su impresionante fuente y diferentes tipos de árboles y flores de todo el mundo. Por último, le llevaremos a su alojamiento o al aeropuerto, como punto final a nuestra visita guiada a Fez.

We had a super guided tour of the Fes Medina with our guide Edil he was very attentive and knowledgeable highly recommend Edil to anyone interested in knowing everything about the Medina.

This is worth it! We began the tour in a van to see the Blue door and other sites outside of the old city and then walked for the rest of the day. With two kids in tow we thought it would become too much for them but they remained interested throughout the day. Our guide, Idriss, was wonderful! He is a local and knew his way around the medina shockingly well! He took us to all the important historic sites, the various craft shops, the tannery, and all the different kind of souks. We made several stops to learn about each place and with interactive components for us and the kids no one got tired or bored. We didn't stop for lunch even though he suggested it but the pace was manageable. Without a local guide it would be very difficult to appreciate all the fascinating aspects of Fes. Highly recommended!

Our fez guided tour with this tour operator was fascinating. We were overwhelmed with the cozy atmosphere of the old medina along with it's long history. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable, he provided us with information we wouldn't have found on our own. The guide took us to many famous attractions Al Qarawiyin University, Mederasa, Bab Boujloud.... and spoke to us about the story of each of the main historical monuments. We were also so amazed with the Islamic Moroccan architecture and the details of the Arab Mosaic. The guide was also open to answering all the questions we had about Morocco and the Islamic civilisation. I totally recommend this trip. Thanks M.Said for arranging this tour for us.
