Le recogerán en su hotel en Guadalajara por la mañana y le llevarán en monovolumen a la campiña de Jalisco. Durante el viaje de una hora de duración por carretera a la ciudad del tequila, hará una parada para admirar vistas de las montañas y los campos de agave azul una planta suculenta utilizada para hacer el tequila mexicano, la bebida nacional. Declaradas Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, estas áreas azul y verde de plantas de agave se funden bellamente con los tonos tierra del paisaje natural.
Visite la típica y pintoresca ciudad de Tequila con una parada para almorzar (no incluido en el precio) antes de dirigirse a la destilería del día (normalmente, Casa Sauza). En una excursión para grupos pequeños por la mundialmente famosa destilería, aprenda sobre las técnicas de producción de tequila del pasado y el presente. Descubra los orígenes indígenas del tequila y a los españoles que destilaron la bebida en el tequila que conocemos hoy en día, y maravíllese ante la producción artesanal embotellada por la destilería durante años.

Our guide Carlos was amazing! We all had such a great time during the tour with everybody in the car. He explained all about the tequila process on the way to the village and fun facts. If you choose this tour, definitely ask for Carlos! :
I ended up doing this tour 1 day early. We were only 2 ppl and the guide so we got to travel by car. The tour was great, we stopped by an agave field, saw the plants at different levels of maturity and then we got to visit the Jose Cuervo Tequileria Mundo Cuervo. The tour was really good and the Cuervo Guide was super friendly and answered all the questions people had we were mixed with other tours there. We got to try the baked agave, and up to 7 different tequila I tasted 6 myself. Afterwards, we went to eat own expense we picked the market and got to try a birria de res and a cantarito we paid 105 pesos. e ten went to one of the stores in town, got to try more tequila from a different tequileria, and we ended up with 1h free time in the town of Tequila. From past reviews, I think this specific tour offers different tequileria depending on the day you visit, but I'm sure that no matter which site you visit, it's well worth the price.
Great fun tour with Edgar! We were able to walk amongst the agave plants in the fields, tour the Jose Cuervo factory and have lunch in the Tequila town market. We went to another distillery in Tequila as well. We had a great time on this tour!
My two friends and I were visiting from the US and found this tour group through Trip Advisor. The team was utmost professional, punctual, and quite friendly. They come pick you up at your Guadalajara hotel and you can identify them by their shirts with 'Amigo Tours' branding. We were a bit nervous as we had forgotten to confirm / follow-up about details with the office beforehand but everything went quite smoothly. Our tour guide was absolutely awesome, spoke great English, and took care of us around separately from the Spanish-only tour group. This tour also has a good combination of structure and free time! You have a lot of leeway to decide what you want to do once you reach the town of Tequila and finish the main distillery tour.
