Genuinely could not have asked for a better experience - if I'd had time I would have booked again! The guys went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing experience with the dolphin swimming (4th attempt at getting in the water but wow was it worth it - I saw an entire pod of dolphins swimming just a few feet below me!) Their attitude and care for each passenger was incredible, they learnt your names, personalised the tour and even offered to take pictures for people! You don't often see service that good anymore. As a final note the lunch was fantastic as were the snacks, you know when tours say 'lunch included' and you expect average and plain food that doesn't taste very good? Well you can expect a great croissant platter from this tour with different fillings as well as healthy snacks, fresh fruit and your usual crisps etc! It was honestly perfect 11/10 guys. Big shout out to Nathan for offering to show me where the reef shark hides out as well! Thanks again we had an awesome time :)

We spent our best day on Big Island with the crew! These guys really know what they’re doing and are passionate ; you will see dolphins for sure! Charlie and Nate were super thoughtful, even stopped at different locations to let us swim with the dolphins some more. Great explanations along the way. Our stop at Kealakekua Bay was amazing, never seen such beautiful fishes before. And last but not least : food and drinks served on the boat, as snacks (with lot of variety) and for lunch after snorkeling at the bay. Really generous people with a good heart. A must to add to your to-do list on Big Island!

We had an awesome time. Especially when the dolphin swim under us. It was a first time for the grandkids, and they had an awesome time.

this was a great excursion. The guys were extremely nice. snorkeling was great. unfortunately the dolphins were not out. they more than made up for it by allowing us on another excursion free of charge.

This was an enjoyable experience, however we didnt get to swim with the dolphins due to weather conditions. I would suggest, dont book in advance through Viator, just wait until youre on the island and book directly through the local bookings offices as weather conditions change. However its was still a beautiful snorkeling experience at Kealakekua Bay and the lunch and snacks were plentiful and tasty.
