Itinerario

The 4 bars we visited had great tapas and wine. We even tried the cidre in one of bars. Rodrigo was a great guide.
Carlos our guide was terrific !! He was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a wonderful afternoon learning about Spanish wines and enjoying delicious tapas ! Mucho gracias
Although the tapas tour was good, I expected more out of this tour. The 4 different restaurants were typical and some better than others. We did not find that we had a reserved area for the group and were some times (2 of the 4 restaurants) in a crowded corner standing up.
Guide was very good! We visited four tapas restaurants. We chose wine, beer or soft drinks and he ordered tapas. We lost count but think we had a total of 15 different tapas. Highly recommend.
Our host was very engaging and knowledgable. He took us to four tapas and wine bars to sample both. The food and wine was excellent. If we return to Madrid, we will do this trip again.
Good food (average two dishes at each of four venues), good wine (a glass at each venue), good company and an excellent guide. What more could you want?) A warning though, this is dinner so don't eat before!
The mood was set the moment we arrived when our tour guide, Raul, introduced himself with a bit of humour. The tour was fantastic and exposes you to a lot of authentic Spanish cuisine from the region. At easy restaurant you visit you get a choice of different drinks to try with the food. This tour is perfect for any visitor to Madrid.
Absolutely loved this tour. Alfonso was excellent and everyone on the tour was there to have a great night. The food and wine was excellent and there was lots of it. The places we went to had lots of atmosphere with lots of people eating and drinking. Got lots of recommendations on the night and Alfonso was full of enthusiam, knowledge and genuine. HIghly recommended!
This tour was one of the highlights of our whole trip to Spain. Our guide, Carlos, was amazing. So friendly and knowledge. He took us to great spots with a very local feel. The food and wine we're all incredibly. We had all the classic tapas and some I'd never even heard of but would gladly eat again. And we drank Spanish red vermut which was delicious. We ended the night in a great location to continue on our own for more tapas and wine. We had a great small group who all really got along and enjoyed each other's company.
Our guide Carlos was an excellent communicator who not only provided a lot of historical information whilst moving between venues, but also a great knowledge of the food and wines which were all excellent. Do yourself a favor if you're ever in Madrid.
Excellent. Knowledgeable guide with a sense of humour. Variety of tapas and drinks. Good group to be out with - enjoyable company. A leisurely walk between venues.
Went on this tour first night in Madrid, met some great people and had tasty food and fine win ! Gracias Manford!
This tour was great! We only went to four places but were given plenty of food at each place. We got to try some classic Spanish cuisine -- manchego, serrano ham, patatas bravas, garlic shrimp, torrijas, pepitos, etc. The wine pours were also very generous :) Carlos our guide was very knowledgeable and had great English so was easy to understand.
We had an excellent tour with Carlos for the tapas and wine! The tour was better than expected. Carlos was a great resource with knowledge about the regions wines and cuisine. He brought us to some historically significant local spots. This tour is not to be missed!!
Great food, wine, and orientation to the city! Guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We took this tour on our first evening in Madrid.
Highly recommend! We four oldies joined the tour and had a great night. Delicious tapas and plenty of drinks! We visited great venues which we would never had found by ourselves. The Tapas is very generous … it was our dinner, The tour guide was a lovely young local man (Sorry I can't remember his name now!) … he was great. I am a non drinker so I just had soft drink, my husband had beer. Our friends had 'lots' of wine! It was a fabulous way to experience the old town at night, visit great bars and restaurants and learn about tapas. The group was mixed, young and old, mixed nationalities, it was great. Everyone enjoyed themselves.
I signed up for this tour for my last night in Madrid when my traveling companion had already gone home as a way to get out with a group. This was a wonderful way to spend an evening. Carlos was our guide and made sure to find out about allergies, preferences and the like. As a picky eater who preferred not to eat seafood, he made sure that there were other options. But since I want to try things, I tried all of his options and they were all delicious. There was plenty to eat over the evening - I left stuffed but not uncomfortable. This tour requires some walking but no more than 3-5 minutes at a time, so can be accessible to most people with some mobility. Carlos gave us info on the places and the food/wine choices to make it interesting and more than just a food fest. Thanks for a great send off from Madrid!
Highly recommend. We made 3 stops. Food, wine, and general atmosphere of the thriving nightlife was outstanding.
My wife and I went on this tour hoping it would be a fun night out. Food was great and we really enjoyed the company. It did not disappoint
This was so much fun and I learned a lot about Spanish wine and tapas. The food included in this tour was more than enough for a meal. We went to four tapas bars. My favorite was shrimp and garlic with a glass of Spanish vermouth, but all the food and wine was great. I highly recommend this tour and our tour guide Paula was great and alao very knowledgable about Madrid history.
This was our first experience of a tour like this and I’m just disappointed I waited to be nearly 40 before trying one! Our guide - Carlos - was friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. He took care to ensure all his guests were well catered for and took us to some beautiful, hidden gems. One huge benefit of the tour was the speed at which we were served in some extremely busy establishments. In addition, the food and wine choices were simply superb. I guess with anything like this your group can make or break the experience - we were lucky to be joined by a mixed group of fabulous characters - thanks to Carlos, the group and all the establishments for a brilliant evening
Our group of six consisted of me and my husband and our traveling companions. Carlos was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the area we walked in and also about the history of the four places we visited. The wine pour at each place was generous and the food was quite good. My husband is not a wine drinker and was able to sample the local beer at each establishment. I, personally had no experience with Tapas and found it a wonderful way to sample many different types of local dishes. I would recommend this tour as a great way to spend an afternoon and Carlos as a very amiable and knowledgeable guide.
Wonderful informative afternoon spent tasting tapas and wine with our fabulous guide Carlos. Highly recommend this tour. Each place was unique and places we probably would not have stopped at on our ow m
Paula was so nice and very knowledgeable. My brother and I had the most wonderful time eating Tapas and tasted some world class wine. I would highly recommend Paula as the person to ask for when doing a Madrid wine and tapas tasting.
We did this tour on our first night in Madrid. It was very fun! The food was excellent (you will not leave hungry), and the wine delicious. Our guide Enrique was excellent. He taught us about Vermouth, which we ended up sampling in many of the tapas bars we visited throughout Spain. Highly recommend.
Enrique provided an excellent experience as well as was very knowledgeable when it came to his selections. My personal favorite was the restaurant, El Lacon which resulted in a follow up visit after the tour was over. I highly recommend this tour during your trip to Madrid.
was such an amazing experience was worth every penny and PAULA our guide is extraordinary. Extremely recommended to everyone going to Madrid
Enrique was a fantastic guide who mixed local history with amazing food and fantastic wines and vermouth. We visited family owned places that would not stand out to non locals but offered warm welcome and terrific specialty dishes and bespoke wines.
