Meeting at 7.30 was a challenge and it would have been nice to have been allowed our coffee on the bus, although it was a very nice bus so I suppose this is understandable. The guide was easily understood and as we had a full bus, the group was divided between two guides for the walking tour. Make sure you are prepared for a good walk and plenty of steps, but the sites are amazing and well worth the trip. It is a long day and personally, I could have missed out going in the Segovia alcazar. We had seen similar elsewhere so we’re a bit over castles, especially rebuilt ones. Recommended.
Our tour guide is new so not much information is given. The timing is also a bit rush for both cities and you would spend a good 5 hours on the road. I would recommend one day for each city to really explore and understand the history of each. This tour includes the entry ticket into the Alcázar de Segovia but not guided tour into it. A bit disappointing for the price it charged.
The tour was excellent, well organised, great guides and bus driver. Although two cities in one day we felt we had plenty of time in both locations. Would definitely recommend this tour.
It was an excellent whole day trip. We all know that in one day it is not possible to cover all things in these two beautiful city, but this tour was the best way to achieve the best from one day. And finally our tour guide was just excellent with s great knowledge of these areas.
Our tour guide Paula was wonderful, informative, knowledgeable. She's very eager to share her history knowledge with us. awesome trip
The tour guides were very knowledgeable and they were patient with our group. Tours are rather short because you have to visit 2 cities in a day. But overall, it's still a nice experience.
It's a convenient trip for us, given we have young children, but don't expect any surprises too. The local guide is a friendly guy and briefly gave us background information about the sites.
A good way to see 2 UNESCO heritage sites. A bit rush at Segovia but still manged to cover the important sites at Segovia. A bit of a walk but worth it. Good picture opportunity at Toledo.
Very nice and well planned 11 hour tour in two very historical cities in spain. Guide Stefi was amazing
Both Toledo and Segovia are beautiful. A bit crowded though on a Sunday. It was a big group tour of 50 people. Wish there was more time to go around. A bit rushed. Our guide was great. Very informative and very accommodating.
Dated on joined : 09 May 2019 Meeting time : 7.30am,Departure time : 7.45am,Meeting point Plaza Ventas (Bus Stop), Duration : 11 Hrs We booked the NH Ventas hotel here because we joined the tour so that we can meet in early morning. We managed to see some amazing heritage spots in both cities. it. Encourage participation in this trip. We joined Amigo Tours with many visitors from other countries. We are very happy, but just tired of walking. Fortunately, I wear sport shoes and it is easy to walk. On the day, there was light rain, and we were very lucky to see it. Viator is really trustworthy and Amigo tour. Thank you, sorry, I am late to write a review because I just came back from overseas.
Well worth taking this trip , although not alot of time spent in each destination enough for you to See each place Bus very comfortable and English speaking guide very informative
We had so much fun during trip our both tour guides were very details in explaining things and very funny. This trip worth every dollar we spent.
If you want to see two famous place close to Madrid that trip is worth it! Guide was really good knows lot of facts and legend! This is what we like!
We all enjoyed the trip. Our guide German was very good. His ample knowledge made the experience worthwhile and we loved his dry humour.
It will be better if can have more time to stay in Toledo as now only allow around one hour free time stay which is quite rush
The tour was as promissed well organized and on time The tour guide was highly knowledgeable and friendly. Good value for the money
Beautiful cities. This tour was a great way to get a taste both Toledo and Segovia. Next time we would like to have a whole day in each city. This tour would be great if you have a limited time in Spain. Tour guide was informative.
We had a good time in both cities although we weren’t given too much time to see them through. Good planning, thank you
Very enjoyable tour, well prepared, knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides! Highly recommended! Perfect in every way.
Excellent tour! Traveling by bus helped us experience the variety of landscapes between cities. Steffie, our tour guide, was friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make it a memorable day for the entire group.
We were very happy with our tour as well as our tour guide. The knowledge that she had for us was vast and easy to understand. Thanks Paula!
I highly recommend taking this tour. Everything was excellent! Amazing service from the driver up to the 2 tour guides. Our tour guide is very articulate! She speaks English and Spanish and so, everyone enjoyed the tour. They made us comfortable and they were patient enough to understand our basic needs.
Way too rushed! One hour for lunch is way too much The cities are amazing but the guide was rushing us all the time.
The bus used for our trip was very comfortable. (which is good as you do spend a bit of time on the bus) First visited Toledo. Very interesting city. Could have spent much more time here - even overnight if plans allowed. Then on to Segovia. The Aqueduct is just amazing! If you see nothing else in this town, you do need to see that. Hard to imagine it's so old and still standing. Our tour guide was great. Would definitely recommend.
