Después de dirigirse a un restaurante especializado en vinos cerca del Louvre, su noche de exquisita comida y vino en París comienza con una copa de champán. Situado en una ciudad conocida por su alta calidad culinaria, este restaurante ofrece la oportunidad de disfrutar de deliciosos platos elaborados únicamente con los mejores productos frescos y de temporada, y elaborados para acompañar perfectamente a la amplia variedad de vinos.

Junto con su comida, disfrutará de tres copas de vino diferentes, cada una combinada con platos separados para complementar su comida. Nota todos los sabores y tonos complejos del vino, y podrá comprender el papel que desempeña el vino en los restaurantes.

Termine su cena con un digestivo clásico -- una bebida alcohólica (normalmente un vino o licor) que ayuda a la digestión, y luego salga del restaurante para continuar la noche en París por su cuenta.

Ejemplo de menú:

Entrante: foie gras de pato con chutney de manzana y mango y mermelada de cebolla roja
Vino:vino blanco dulce Loin de l'oeil del Sudoeste

Plato principal: Magret de pato (suculenta carne de pechuga de pato alimentados con maíz) y velouté de calabaza (salsa)
Vino: vino tinto Saint Joseph del valle del Ródano

Postre: Moelleux au chocolat (tarta de chocolate con un centro fundente) servido con helado de vainilla
Vino: vino blanco de postre Fitou de Languedoc

Digestivo: Chartreuse o coñac

A very pleasant experience. The dinner was very good and the wine pairing was certainly on spot. The staff was both knowledgeable and friendly. Some of the wines were unknown to us beforehand so we also learned something. All portions, both wine and food, were generous.

Good, but not great. What we loved: the ambiance was lovely...candlelight...fairly quiet...intimate... the dessert was WONDERFUL crêpes au grand marnier with red currants, blueberries and strawberries the originally offered appetizer did not work for me and the waiter graciously offered other options. What we didn't like: the main course was just good. I am glad we tried this but I wouldn't do that again. The restaurant is Ô Chateau. I am hardly a wine connoisseur, so I can't comment on wine selection. It was nice to experiment with wine, however, for those who do understand, here is what was offered: Domaine Barmes-Buecher's Rosenberg wine from Alsace, Domaine du Pas de l'Escalette's Languedoc, and Domaine Hubert et Lignier's Bourgogne Aligote.

Very authentic serving of meet and wine in real Parisian wine bistro. Perfect match of tasty food and very tasty wine both red and white. Good choice for friends and family celebrating.

Nice evening in a somewhat cozy restaurant. The wine pairings were good except for the last wine with the desert. Not so great. The meal and service were both very good and we all sent our plates back clean. Food was prepared as requested which was nice. I think we all expected a bit different menu but it was all good and a fun evening out

Undesirable. Everything was better. The place the did the wine just everything. Highly recommended its been 2 yrs and i still remember out line it was yesterday!!!

Excellent!!! Excellent! Excellent meal! We started with a delicious glass of champagne. Thinly sliced salmon starter, wine. The entree: Rib-eye steak with small potatoes, creamed celery/potatoes , wine. Dessert..wine....fabulous! We were stuffed! This is the best tour for a foodie...come hungry!
