The boat tour was a pleasant way to while away an hour, did the job and was able to see city from the water. Hop on hop off was very disappointing, having used city sightseeing all over the world this was, by far, the worst experience, disinterested staff, poorly signed pick up points, if signed at all, commentary not up to standard, overcrowded buses, long waiting times, and the tours finish before 5pm, I could go on. We would always book City Sightseeing in any place we hadn’t been before, after this experience we may well leave it until we get there and suffer the cost premium, as often other options are available when you arrive.

No good customer service and some of the buses have no communication. They did not also keep to the time.

We had very poor experience, buses were consistently full requiring us to wait 40 - 60 minutes per stop. Had the bus stop for 20 min break with no other bus for 40 mins. Make sure you print your ticket, using the app was very difficult.

These buses have nice routes, but are very hard to find. They do not have signs on most of the stops or people guiding you. They also can stop in the middle of a route for lunch, and you have to get off wait 1/2 an hour in the heat for another bus, or this one to finish their lunch. Meg who works in the Main ticket office is wonderful. extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and turned our negative bus experience into a positive one! The River cruise was very nice, and the walking tours were amazing! Neil who did the Jewish Quarter tour for us was amazing!!! Thomas who did the Prague Castle tour for us was amazing!!! Robin who did the Classic Prague Tour for us was amazing!!! Stephen who did the Old Town and Medieval Underground tour for us was amazing!!!

Great tour. If you can afford it, you may want to look into one of the dinner cruises. Wonder if they offer this during the winter because it would be beautiful.
