If you are ever on a bus in Quebec, and your driver is Gary Moore get off. We was supposed to drop the 4 of us off in front of the cruise ship terminal. This included my 80 year old mother that uses a scooter. We went by there he didn't stop! He took us about a 1 1/2 miles away and he told us get off the bus, smiled and said he was going to take us to port. By the time we got to the port, we were late and the cruise ship had pulled up gang planks.

This trip was disappointing. First we were given an address where to meet, it was a complete mess. People and buses everywhere and we had no idea where we were suppose to go. Then we went to a chocolate factory that was not a factory at all, it was a store that sold chocolate. Nothing exciting about the copper factory. It would have been nice to have more time at the falls. We were very disappointed that we did not get a chance to see more of the church. We felt that we missed things that we really wanted to see.

We enjoyed this trip very much and saw a lot. I would definitely recommend it. Quebec has much to offer as well as the surrounding area.

Tour was wonderful! Each stop we were provided ample time to tour and information about each stop (and more!) throughout ride.

This was an amazing way to spend our first afternoon in Quebec City. So much learned by a great teacher our driver Mr. F. Pare. Great time for both of us my husband had never been on a bus tour before.

Francois was a great guide and driver.....he did the tour in English and then again in French. The Falls were powerful and it was fun watching the ZipLiners. St. Anne de Beaupre Basilica was beautiful. There was a wedding taking place and the bells were ringing. Good value for the money.

The Falls are beautiful and worth the trip but unfortunately not enough time there. The Chocolate and copper museum wasn't really my thing. The tour guide was great and funny,

The bus driver was also the guide. Somehow he managed to narrate in both English and French as well as drive a double decker bus. We saw a number of interesting sights during a pleasant four hour journey. The guide had lived in this area his whole life, so he was quite knowledgeable. As a special treat, at the end he let the cruise passengers get off close to the port, saving us a long walk back

The falls were very nice. Ste-Anne-de-Beaupre was amazing. The visit to the copper factory was very interesting. However the visit to the chocolatier was very crowded and overpriced. The bus was very warm as the air conditioning did not appear to be working properly.

My spouse and I really enjoyed the bus tour. Our driver/tour guide Jean-Pierre was full of knowledge of both the sights as well as the countryside. We booked online then just had the driver scan our ticket on pur phone. So easy!!

The trip is fine, the driver/guide is funny and very informative, but it will be much better if the time allotted for the falls is more than 1 hour. Me and my husband tried our best to maximize the 1 hour time limit they gave us so we used the cable car to get to the top easily and planned to go down to the stairs to get a nice view of the falls. Unfortunately, there is an on-going marathon and they closed the access to the stairs so we need to go back to the cable car to go down. And just right after the cable car reached down, the time is up. We are in the early 50's and still can walk faster and yet we were not able to have enough time to enjoy the falls. How much more those who are older than us and cannot walk faster? Another one, just because its traffic, the driver/guide decided to cancel one of the supposed destination which seems unfair to all of us since we paid full for this trip.

Great tour. Jean our guide was great. About an hour or so to spend at the two main locations. The drive out was scenic.

We enjoyed all aspects of this tour - trying delicious choc coated ice cream at the Chocolaterie; watching a copper engraving process (used on the doors of St Anne de Beaupre); visiting the beautiful Basilica; and time at the Falls for some close up shots via the cable car. Our guide Francois was most entertaining! We highly recommend this tour - food, craft, architecture and nature all in one!

I was a little hesitant because, I thought I only wanted to see the falls. I'm so glad that I went on this tour. The falls are a must see but I wasn't disappointed in the rest of the tour either. Not just the stops, which included the Isle of Orleans and St. Anne Basilica, but the trip to each of these stops was filled with history and neighborhoods hundreds of years old. I am so glad that I didn't miss this tour.David L.

We were picked up by a large but comfortable bus (late) near the Information Center on Ste Anne. The bus proceeded to the lower section of Montmorency Falls to allow you s time take pictures. Then we went to the Ile d’Orleans to visit a chocolate shop which was quite small making it a challenge to place an order. The chocolat chaud was amazing although tepid rather than hot. Back to the top of the Falls for outstanding views then off to a Copper Art studio that had the handiwork of the Gilles family. This was followed by a busy to the Sainte Anne de Beaupre basilica which was extraordinarily beautiful and had 700 lbs copper door made by the Gilles’. On the way back to the city we travelled along the New France road that contained several buildings dating near the founding of Quebec.

Great experience. It was snowing early that morning. My wife and I had lunch by Chic Shack just a few steps from the meeting place. First tasted poutine for lunch. Corn soup to go with it. Light snow was drizzling. We were waiting at the designated location by 12:30pm. The bus has been waiting for us all along. The trip was worth more than I expected. We checked out a copper art place where we got to see how their art is actually made as designed by the artist Albert Gilles. and continued on by the family. Also, checked out a chocolate house. We spent more time at the Montmorency Falls and the St. Anne de Beaupre Basilica Church. The driver was very informative and very knowledgeable of the area. He lived in the area. Plenty of time for taking photos and videos of the places. The day went by so fast. It was already dark by 4:30pm. We were dropped off by the same place by the Chateau Frontenac. Perfect timing.

Our guide wasn't the best..........not much commentary, he was basically just a driver to get us to the various places we were visiting. It was like a self-guided tour. The Chocolatiere Factory was just a tourist stop to purchase chocolate.......no factory in operation, unfortunately. The Copper Museum was interesting and the woman there gave a nice description of the work they do and how they do it. The visit to the Ste-Ann-de-Beaupre was awesome, though we didn't have much time to explore there. Motomorency Falls was a bit of a disappointment, but it was nice to see............wouldn't take the tour again.

Tour was excellent with helpful commentary on communities, falls, and cathedral. Despite the falls being over crowded, they were well worth the visit. The visit to the cathedral was excellent. October 8, the day of our visit was an excellent time to see the foliage changing.

The 5 hour trip was fantastic and Marcel was a very good guide. The falls are spectacular and the basilica of Saint Anne de Beaupre is a stunning piece of 20th century architecture. The Isle d'Orleans was very interesting and showed an unexpected piece of Canada. The visit to the chocolate factory and shop was a waste of time.

Visit to the falls was good but as other people have stated they need to allow more time at tthe fall. Didn't have enough time to ride to top and get back down before the bus was to leave. Bus could spend less time in other spots.
