La excursión comienza a las 8.00 h en la terminal de autobuses BSI. Salga a través de la campiña islandesa hacia la península de Snaefellsjokull.
La península de Snæfellsnes al oeste de Islandia es casi una versión en miniatura de la isla. Además de su glaciar Snæfellsjökull, característico, en esta zona hay playas de arena negra, acantilados de pájaros, espectaculares montañas y cráteres volcánicos. En esta excursión visitaremos el pequeño pueblo de pescadores de Arnarstapi, el antiguo pueblo de pescadores de Hellnar, la playa de Djúpalónssandur y la icónica montaña Kirkjufell.
El impresionante paisaje de la península ha cautivado la imaginación de personas de todo el mundo, desde que Julio Verne escribiera la famosa novela de ciencia ficción "Viaje al centro de la Tierra", aunque en su libro el viaje comienza en el glaciar Snæfellsjökull.

It was a long, but good day. The Icelandic landscape was truly breathtaking. Made quite a few stops, some were just quick photo ops and some we stayed longer. Our guide, I forget his name, was friendly and informative. What I would maybe do differently, if possible, is spend a little less time at the seal beach and the bird cliffs, to allow more time to get up close to Snaefellsjokull glacier, as well as spend more time at Kirkjufell and maybe get onto the other side of it to see the waterfalls. Lunch was a bit subpar for me, but that's just my opinion, overall I loved the food in Iceland. Overall this was a pretty good tour, as I said it was a long day but no one lagged behind and we got back to the city in good time. Thank you!

Beautiful experience. Highly recommend this trip. Very knowledgable guide. The highlight was going to the volcanic beach and watching the Puffins.

We thought we had signed up for a 9-hr tour, but it turned out to be an 11-hr tour. The extra time required to travel between Reykjavik and the Snaefellsjokul Peninsula. Alot of interesting stops and our guide was very good.

The whole experience was stop and go the whole way. We'd leave the bus for 15 - 30 min, take pictures go to the next stop and repeat. The sights were great, but there was nothing too special about this tour.

Amazing trip! A must do in Iceland. The tour gave enough time to explore, to walk around and take pictures. Wonderful landscapes! the guide was amazing, funny, nice and really knowledgeable.
