Had an amazing time!!! Our tour guide was the best I ever had!!! Chaira (I think that is how it was spelled) and our driver... were awsome..lucky our bus wasn't full tho.. because it rained hard and the bus was leaking in side alot.. we got alittle wet in the bus but was still fun!!! She is amazing
This tour offered some beautiful scenery but was quite rushed. It says that your in a small group which is not entirely true. The groups are broken up after you get to the town's. The bus trip and lunch is the entire bus, so alot of time wasted unloading and loading. Way to much time spent at lunch do to people buying wine which cut down on time spent in villages. Be prepared to rush! My sister uses a cane and it was especially hard for her to keep up. Not what I expected.
Chiara was an excellent tour guide. We had a fabulous time. Wine and lunch were fun, and towns were lovely. The day is long,13 hours but you see so many things in Tuscany. Would do it again! Thank You!
Tuscany is a fabulous place for our family to visit on Tuesday, and we enjoyed every minute of it. It is a wonderful place on this earth! And our tour guide Andy was remarkable in every way - his demeanour, his knowledge, his attentiveness and his sense of humour. He was an excellent representative of the City Wonders organization and we would book a tour with him again in a heartbeat!
Chiara was a great tour guide and we had an amazing time exploring Tuscany! We got to visit Montepulciano and had a guided tour of the city. We also got to visit Pienza and a monastery. Lunch was a traditional Tuscan dish of spicy red sauce and pasta, accompanied by 5 different wines to taste. Throughout the entire day, Chiara gave us information and was very knowledgeable on the wines and Italian history. It was a great tour to take at the beginning of our trip, because she clued us in on everything we needed to know for the rest of our stay in Italy. We had a great time and want to visit Tuscany again in the future!
Laura was our guide for the day and by the end, it was if I knew Laura my whole life! She is charming, knowledgeable, welcoming, and enthusiastic about all parts of Italy! She was able to connect with all the guests and get to know them as well. Wish we could have her for our entire stay of Roma!
Our guide Palo was excellent. However a there’s not much wine tasting. We talked a lot about wine but only had small tastings during lunch. So much build up about wine, with little to show for it. Visits to the towns and monastery where very nice.
Everything was so easy from start to finish. Enrica was great and very informative. She knew her stuff and was very entertaining. Our other guide was great also. My only little complaint would be that the people at the winery weren’t very friendly. I know they were busy but smile. All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend this trip.
It was very good except the Abbey could have been left out. I would have like to have spent more time in the towns shopping and none at the Abbey.
Great experience with our tour guide Paolo, he is a very pleasant gentleman, knowledgeable, yet humorous at the same time:) Lunch with wine was really tasty, we really enjoyed a spectacular view of Tuscany!
It was ok but a lot of driving and the stops in the first town was fully escorted with no time to explore on your own and only 30 minutes at the second town which was just not enough. I would have preferred a shorter tour at the first town and at least an hour at the second. Eliminate the church visit to get the needed time. Would not do this tour again.
Very good tour. Our tour guide enrica was very informative and gave us great tips. Overall, the best value we paid for. Highly recommended!
Great tour! Andy, our tour guide, was fabulous! He knows a lot and his sense of humor was amazing! Súper recomendable
Anna provided a great tour and we had a lovely time in Tuscany. The wine, food, and scenery was fantastic. We had a 16 year old boy and 13 year old girl with us and they enjoyed the day.
This was a wonderful, well-timed tour. There is no way I could have visited all these sites in one day otherwise, and I enjoyed the commentary and our kind guide, Paul. Highly recommend!
We really appreciated the knowledge and friendliness of our guide Andy. He made the trip more enjoyable and brought the history of the region to life. The food and wine at lunch were wonderful. The villages and landscapes were beautiful and breathtaking.
A wonderful day with our tour guide Ann, visited some of the most beautiful spots in Tuscany. A great luncheon and wine tasting.
Anna is a professional and helpful tour guide. This tour is worth its price despite of long day. There are many impressive towns in Tuscany.
The bus was comfortable and driver was excellent. Loved the towns we visited and of course the gelato! Claudia was very knowledgeable and funny. The local guide, Franchesca, did a great job sharing her hometown with us. Of course the scenery, food, and wine were amazing.
Wonderful guide. Great transportation. Wonderful lunch at the winery. Overall this was well worth the money. This was a highlight of our trip to Italy
If you are looking for an authentic wine tasting lunch on a Tuscan farm, do not choose this tour. The "Farm" was a newly constructed building with little ambiance and the lunch and tasting was for 80 people at one time. The wines were of poor quality. It took me two days to get over the headache I got from this wine. On the plus side, the bus ride took us through some beautiful countryside and we stopped at a picturesque village. The tour guide was friendly.
Wonderful tour driving through beautiful areas. You stop along the way to experience to wine, oils and olives grown in the area. The tour guide was well educated and answered any questions guests had.
Loved visiting Tuscany! Ann was our guide, she did an excellent job. She was patient and answered al our questions. Learned a lot and enjoyed our trip.
Incredible experience. Not only did Tuscany not disappoint but the tour guide "Andy" was the best tour guide we've ever had! The day was filled with activities, incredible info from Andy on EVERYTHING related to the Tuscany (and more!). love the wine tasting and lunch, loved the meat and oil tasting, really everything was perfect and for a 12-13 hour excursion the time went by super quick and I think Andy is the biggest reason why.
The tour was well organized, hit all the spots on the itinerary and as was noted, it was a nice taste of Tuscany! I would love to come back and discover the region on my own. And of course, Laura- our guide was wonderful and gave us useful information about Italy and the region.
Wonderful guide Ms Enrica, and the driver Andrea. Rich program, culture and beautiful nature.lunch and wine very tasty
Best tour ever!! I will do it again when I come next. It was beautiful and even the stop over to use bathrooms was awesome because you could try all Italian delicacies.
Andy was an excellent tour guide and was able to provide a wealth of knowledge about Italian history to enhance the Experience
There were five people in our group and each one of us loved the tour. Our guide, Anestis and driver, Boris, were very informative and we all had a good time together. Our stop in Florence was breathtaking and enjoyed the statue of David. We had lunch in a pizzeria in Florence and then went to Pisa where we were only there for a short time, but it was plenty of time for pictures.
This trip was so much fun and everyone should experience the Tuscany area. Our tour guide Paola was excellent and very knowledgeable of every aspect of the area. The local food was great and the wine outstanding. The best trip so far with Viator.
It was an Amazing day John and all the other guides were outstanding in their knowledge and ability to pass it on Lifetime memories The lady driving the bus was also amazing Very happy we went on the tour Highly recommended
This was a grand day. The weather started out a bit brisk, but finished nicely. Our guide was outstanding. Kylie was most considerate of all the travellers, and very informative throughout the day. There is nothing more I would have expected her to do. And, our bus driver was safe, timely, and courteousIf I were designing this trip for myself, I would have limited it to two towns - the two M's. I felt rushed at the winery. I would have preferred more time (and more wine) to savour and enjoy that experience. And, I would have liked to sample some wine in Montepulciano to note the differences in the two areas. That means I must return. Thanks for a fine day.
