Alice, our driver and tour guide, is a top-notch expert (she's an architect by training), and made the whole experience memorable. Highly recommend the nighttime tour to avoid traffic and the heat.

This is probably the best tour of any single place we have ever had. Matt was so knowledgeable of the city of Rome. All aspects of the city whether modern or old..A GENIUS !! Don't let him go, ever!

We only wish we had done this sooner in our trip. George was fantastic and made sure we saw not just the usual sights but also off the beaten path things as well.

We had been to Italy but never to Rome and wanted a quick and easy way to learn the lay of the land and get some inside tips from a local. Our full-day tour with Alice did not disappoint! In fact it was all that and more. The quiet, electric, open air golf cart was the perfect way to cover a LOT of ground quickly and see our surroundings clearly. Alice was a fantastic driver and we were able to slip into places not easily accessible by car. Alice was a joy to spend the day with — extremely knowledgeable, very clear English (the best we had all visit), easygoing, fun, flexible, and friendly. She listened to our interests along the way and tailored the day as we went along. The cost is a bit pricey, but we definitely felt it was worth it for a private all-day tour with a top-notch guide, and it really prepared us well for the rest of our stay in Rome.

The Rolling Rome golf cart tour was the best way to start our trip with a grand overview of Rome and our guide Roberto was the best. The golf cart tour gives you perspective and overview so you can plan what and where you want to visit in more depth. Roberto was knowledgeable, flexible , and accommodating to our family who little of the history of Rome. We loved our tour and Roberto and only wished we would have booked a full day instead of a half day! Thanks Rolling Rome and Roberto!!

Gulia was wonderful tour guide full of knowledge of the history of Rome. We did an evening tour and she took us to all the major attractions in Rome plus a few off the beaten path. She gave us opportunities for photos and explained a lot of the stories of ancient Roman times. We were able to pick and choose which sites we would go back to the following day. Thank you Gulia!

Definitely the best way to see the major points of interest - our guide Ben was great, and travelling by golf cart is comfortable. Our family of 4 (two teenagers) took the 3 hour tour - I wish I had booked longer. I definitely recommend!

This tour was great!! It was our 1st day. We were picked up at our hotel. Paul was our guide. He took us everywhere we had on our list as well as places he thought we’d like. This was a great way to see the sights, especially day 1. Highly recommend.

Had some hassle to start as they forgot to pick us up, but once that was sorted it was an amazing 3 hours. George was very knowledgable and customised the tour for us. We saw so much but didn’t feel rushed. Can’t recommend enough.

Our tour guide from Australia was one of the best. Saw all the major sights but also took us on side streets and places we would have never gone. Knows Italian very well and can get people to move in traffic! Highly recommend this tour. Wish we could just hire them by the hour.

We were on a mother (85 years old) and 5 daughters (age 57-63) trip of a lifetime. We only had a limited time in Rome and wanted to see many things. Roberto, the tour guide was outstanding. He asked what we wanted to see, what was important to us, and how much we wanted him to talk!! Roberto was able to drive up tiny streets and show us the quaint sites you do not see on other tours. If we wanted to stop for pictures, we did. He gave us ample time when we went off visiting on our own. We covered a large territory, saw everything we asked for, learned history and funny facts and laughed all morning long. Thank you Roberto. You have no idea how I love telling people we took a golf cart tour of Rome.

This was the best thing we did in Rome. Nora was a fantastic guide!! She took us to all the major attractions, one of her favorites, and anywhere else we wanted to go in 3 hours. The only thing I would do differently would be to take the 6 hour tour w/lunch.

We had many recommendations to do the golf cart tour so signed up as a couple to do a private tour one afternoon. Our driver Greg was excellent and really wanted to make our experience personal and also to make sure he showed us our requests. Three hours flew by and we were sad to see the afternoon end. We recommend this tour if you are looking for a personal, knowledgeable and friendly way to see so much of Rome and learn of the history surrounding the sights. An awesome way to get your bearings as a first time visitor to Rome. Hit most of the top sites without hurting our feet

We really enjoyed just being by ourselves on this small tour. Being in a golf cart made it easy to get in and out of tight spots. We didn’t have to waste time sitting in traffic. Our tour guide was born and raised in Rome and new all the places I go for a great city view and for pictures.

What a wonderful job George did on showing us a closeup private view of many parts of central Rome. We felt so privileged and he was so charming and knowledgeable!

Roberto our driver was great. He met us at the hotel as promised, and asked us what we wanted to see and added some other places. It was especially great after 5 days of walking in other cities and with our two young kids (5 and 4) to take a break. We already have friends who will be using the same service in a couple of weeks. We highly recommend.
