As instructed in the reservation, we called the number given to confirm our tour... multiple times! Never received an answer. Had to call Viator main office to be sure our tour was even on. That should have been our first indication to cancel the tour. We were assured by Viator that the tour would be held and to just wait in the hotel lobby for the guide. We were picked up at the hotel, but there was no comfortable minivan. My husband and I were crammed into the back seat of a small sports car and could only see the sights on the side where you were sitting! The car also smelled of cigarettes! The guide was a college student and she was knowledgeable enough. We had already seen much of the city during the day, but she seemed lost regarding where to take us. She and the driver who spoke no English had ongoing discussions about where to go. They did stop when we asked and allowed us time to take some pictures - especially of the bridge with twinkling lights. We have used many Viator services, but were extremely disappointed in this tour. So much so that we cut the tour short after just 2 hours. Would not recommend!

Tour was great. We were picked up in a Mercedes and driven around to all the big attractions. Since it was so cold we didn't get out much but at every sight we were asked if we wanted to get out for photos or a walk. Tour guide was very friendly an knowledgeable, great experience and recommended!

it was a rip off instead of giving us the tour in a minibus, it was send a car, it is misleading , expensive and lousy, any one will be better off with the hoop on hoop off bus, do not take it

Nice little tour given by a university student studying physics, lots of walking, which was good to keep me awake. However it was very badly priced. I was expecting quite a posh evening. I really enjoyed the tour, and it included door to door pick-up and drop-off, suited me well. The guide was very nice and considerate. Loved it!

Nice clean minivan with comfortable leather seating. Good friendly driver and excellent lady guide who had good English and was always ready to stop for closer views and photo ops.

The guide was knowledgeable and very kind. She and the driver took us to many places even to our request to ensure we would see everything and would stop to take pictures. Very nice overall.
