On this workshop you will learn and have fun at the same time. You will learn about “Mojo Pícon and Canarian Potatoes” a typical Canaray Islands sauce. It can be red or green; made using coriander, parsley or pumpkin. Throughout the workshop our chef will guide you through the steps so that you can achieve the best flavour when making one of the seven gastronomic marvels of Spain. You will enjoy freshly baked bread with a selection of spreads (Watercress butter, spiced goats cheese and chorizo perro), thinly sliced cheese on toasted bread and wrinkled potatoes with mojo accompanied with three glasses of our young wines. You have the option to upgrade and include lunch with the workshop. You will enjoy freshly baked bread with a selection of spreads (Watercress butter, spiced goats cheese and chorizo perro) and thinly sliced cheese on toasted bread followed by shoulder of hog roast cooked in our firewood oven (option to substitute fish or a vegetable dish) accompanied by sweet vegetables, almond mojo, wrinkled potatoes and a lettuce and onion salad dressed in Monje Macho vinegar. For desert you will have Canarian cream with Hollera Jam. This menu includes coffee or tea and three glasses of young wine.
