Rosa, our guide, was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The early access is the best way to see the Alcazar in order to avoid too many people and the queues. Well done Rosa, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
The venue was beautiful and the tour itself was very interesting with a very animated and knowledgeable guide.
We really enjoyed the tour! The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information. I highly recommend booking the Cathedral as well. You will get one our break between Alcazar and the Cathedral, so you can enjoy Alcazar’s gardens and also have a cup of coffee/breakfast right there in the cafeteria. Big thank you for the tour!
This tour lived up to expectations. First into the Alcazar, we had time to enjoy the 3 palaces and then wander the gardens at our own pace. Enjoyable!
Our tour guide Rosa with red hair and a personality to match was absolutely amazing. It’s hard to make history sound interesting but she is such an awesome storyteller, great sense of humor and she really made this excursion outstanding. And it’s so beautiful!
Susan (?), the red hair guide, was great. provided us with great information and made it very entertaining throughout. Would highly recommend!
We really enjoyed the tours of Seville’s Cathedral and Alcazar. The gothic Cathedral is one of the best we have visited, very impressive and includes some admirable pieces of art. Alcazar is very special with the fusion of Arab and European art where you can see the Moorish impact in a Christian chapel, it’s like nothing we have seen before. Our guide, Vincent, was outstanding; he is very knowledgeable and a great storyteller. We enjoyed the way he mixed historical facts with some philosophical reflection and a nice sense of humour. Totally recommend this tour.
Excellent tour guide Rosa! She was so entertaining and friendly . She was so proud of her city and took the time to answer all questions. Best guide we’ve ever had in a trip. Highly recommend her
What a great guide we had. Vincent was very informative and we really enjoyed our visit. The climb to the tower was good too!
Excellent and informative tour with Rosa from Amigo Tours! Her English was very good; she included history of the sites, details about the construction, and current use. The early morning tour inside the Alcazar was chilly - glad I had a jacket with me. Not clear what "early access" means in the title of the tour, we had to wait for the Alcazar to open at 9:30 with all of the other tours. One disappointment, I wish I had more time to enjoy the Alcazar gardens before moving on to the Cathedral. Would absolutely do this tour again.
This early access tour was informative and interesting although I didn't think it covered enough areas of the Alcazar. It wasn't really early access,we lined up in a pre-booked line at the same time as others were purchasing tickets so this meant there were plenty of other people around at the time.
Vincent was thoroughly knowledgeable, patient and welcoming to questions, charming and cared about his subject.
Our guide was Rosa, and she was an absolute delight, and was very thorough with her explanations. When visiting the Alcazar and the Cathedral, would highly recommend doing a tour, otherwise you miss a lot of the details about the architecture and the coexistence of three religions and how they are reflected in the architecture. Rosa delivers information in such an engaging way, and she gave us so many interesting and cools facts about the sites. There is a break in the middle of the Alcazar and Cathedral for drinks, food and bathroom, however the tour does get a LITTLE bit tiring towards the end so be prepared to walk and stand a lot.
