A superb tour led by a wonderful guide. The delivery of information was excellent and the guide kept everyone involved and informed. The Cathedral and the Palace were wonderful places to visit. Great tour.
This tour was excellent. The tour guide explained everything very clearly and made it fun. Allowed ample time for questions and even provided tips for places to go for tapas. Highly recommended.
The Cathedral and the Alcazar were really beautiful and this tour ensures that you'll be able to enter easier. However, I kind of wish that my friend and I just got audio guides and explored the sites at our own pace. The tour guide assigned to us was kind of rushing us. If you're really into taking photos with tourist attractions (like the friend I was with), I advise you to not take this tour.
The tour was so interesting and Jose our guide was really informative and able to answer any questions we had. Great not having any queues and cathedral and alcazar really amazing to seeq
The tour was good, informative. But we had to wait an hour in the beginning of the tour because there was one person checking in over 100 people. And then once we got into group, our earphones were not working so we had to wait for the technician. It was just a mess in the beginning. And our tour guide Tamar although informative was hard to understand because her English wasn’t perfect. And when you try to ask her questions she would ignore you. I thought that was rude.
Melissa was great! She knows her stuff and has a wonderful personality and attitude. She obviously loves what she does as it shows in her explanations.
Melissa was our tour guide and she was fantastic! Extremely engaging and brought value to this tour. Was great to skip the line into Alzacar and all the information was very well presented. Well worth the money!
Tour with guide Melissa was very entertaining and interesting. She knew a lot about places we visited and was able to keep everyone's attention.
The Cathedral and Alcazar is a definite Must See however We would choose a different tour company if We ever went back. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early for our 10:45AM Tour. Jose Antonio, our guide did Not even show up until 10:45 - the Time we were supposed to leave. It took him another 25 minutes to get himself organized so we did not depart until 11:10AM almost 11:15AM which caused us to miss another event we had planned later the same day! This Guide was very disrespectful of everyone's time especially after the Tour Company expressing that we must be there 15 minutes early!
We had an awesome guide at the Cathedral and the Alcazar....She was funny, interesting and informative. Told us some insider tips about the places we saw which made it lots of fun!
Great tour and tour guide, would highly recommend it. The Alcazar and Cathedral are well worth the visit, and without the guide I think I would have missed quite a few of the points of interest. The queues for the Alcazar are extremely long, so to miss the queues alone is well worth it!
Nice informative tour - skip the line sort of worked but still had to queue a few times was hot with no extras for entry which other tours hit you with so definately recomended
