La excursión comienza con el Templo del Buda de Jade. Construido durante el periodo de el emperador Guangxu de la dinastía Qing ( 1875-1909 A. D.), contiene una inestimable colección de estatuas de jade de Burma. El templo está construido en el magnífico estilo arquitectónico de la Dinastía Song. Actualmente el templo alberga el Instituto budista de Shanghai.
La siguiente parada es la galería de perlas Fresh Water. Podrá ver el proceso del cultivo de perlas y puede ser el afortunado participante a ser presentado con una perla individual.
La Plaza del Pueblo está situada en el corazón de la ciudad y es una amplia zona verde rodeada de grandes edificios. En este lugar tendrá la oportunidad de alimentar a las palomas en un gesto por la paz mundial. El Museo de Shanghái es lo más destacado de la excursión. El diseño del museo está basado en mantener los principios del Feng Shui. Alberga una excelente colección permanente y alberga varias exposiciones con más 120.000 piezas que muestran los 5000 años de la historia de China. Very good This tour is a great option to know about some of the main tourist points of Shanghai. The lunch is included in the package of the tour. I was picked up at the hotel in a car with conditioned air, it guides and driver, and at the end of the tour I had the option of to return to the hotel or to leave in the last point of the tour. This was a good option to know Shanghai faster and with information of the places by the guide.

We had a nice tour of Shanghai - it was very crowded and we had a nice visit to see the sights. Thankfully, the bus was air conditioned as it was quite hot. We saw everything we wished to see as described when we booked.

Excellent pick up, drop off and logistics and timing in comfortable large minibus. Tour guide Frank was very nice. Not super on history and pearl and silk factories were sales oriented but many like that though I more wanted history.

Not sure what was more boring the tour or the tour guide Frank. He never asked our names and did nothing to keep the group together. We actually went the tour early.

Unsatisfactory. I had a bad experience on the river tour with the same guide Frank the night before and I thought it might have been a bad day for him, but on the city tour was the same. always walking alone and did not worry that all the members of the group were with him. he answered the questions impolitely. during the tour he ran out of his mobile phone's battery and could not communicate with the driver so he could find us. We waited alone in a corner while he went to look for the driver through the streets while carrying the cell phone with the external battery of one of the participants. very unprofessional about the places visited, we spent less than an hour in the museum, which was quite large and had many beautiful things to see. the temple was ok, the pearl and silk factory stops, too long and the vendors too insistent almost a waste of time. lunch quite poor. the stop in the garden was the best of the day.

My tour ended up being a private tour, including a guide, driver and lunch. The tour guide was very flexible to what my interests were and how much time I wished to stay at each attraction. I think that receiving a truly private tour may be a bit rare, but as I was in the offseason January, it was great timing. I'd highly recommend!
