Capt 40 min late. Tour time showed an earlier start time. The evening before we got notice it wouldn’t begin until 10:15am. Then the captain didn’t show up until 10:52!! Because of the late start he kept talking the Blue Grotto down. He then took a vote, the group voted not to do. I missed out on seeing something I really wanted to see for “shopping” on Capri. And the light lunch of a sandwich was given to us as an afterthought, because he he had forgotten. Though he was a nice young man I was very let down by the whole excursion.
We went to Capri on this boat and I’m so glad I picked this one . The crew member did all of the interactions with us and he’s amazing, very informative, funny, cute and attentive . The captain was also amazing and had a great sense of humor. All in all it was the perfect day trip . I strongly suggest this one.
Nice boat and great customer service. They pick you on time. Only 12 people on board. To go around Capri Island is amazing!. I rather prefer to spend more time on the boat than 3h and 30 minutes in Capri, that was to much time. I wish they also allowed us to see Blue Grotto. That’s one of the reasons I booked this tour. We understand that it cost €14 to get in for 5 minutes, and the capitan of the boat try to save your money, but we only go there sometimes once in life , so give us the opportunity. The line was not to long either that day, but Capitan still saying you need to wait 2h to see Blue Grotto. So I was disappointed. The rest it was fine.
This was a fantastic day! It was completely a Med experience not to be missed. Blue Gratto, swimming in the Med, Capri and a few other surprises. The kids were great to the oldies
The tour and day were amazing. The boat and crew were awesome as well. My only suggestions would be to reduce the time on Capri and spend more time on the boat / swimming. Our group thought that 4 hours was a little much. Great trip though!
You can not stop smiling on this tour. It was a terrific way to see all the beauty around us. The boat company picked us up from our hotel and took us the marina. The driver was punctual. There were 12 people on this spacious boat. We had plenty of room. The first mate could not be any friendlier and was so hospitable. He provided us delicious sandwiches and endless amount of water, beer or Prosecco . He told us great stories and provided us with great information. The boat ride was very smooth. The captain took us all around the island. Each sight was more breath-taking then the next. We went to the blue grotto but here were so many boats there. The only way you can enter the blue grotto is to go in a small row boat. There wasn't enough row boats to accommodate all the people on all the boats. So as a group we decided to skip the blue grotto. We were dropped off at Capri and were given 4 and half hours to explore the island. You can not go to Amalfi coast without seeing Capri. My husband and I really wanted to see the blue grotto, so once we were on the island took a cab there. If you want to see the blue grotto, I suggest taking the steps down to the blue grotto and wait for a row boat there rather than wait on the big boat. It is much faster this way. We had plenty of time to explore this beautiful island. I can't think of a better way to get to Capri. The captain and the first mate were very professional. This tour was highly enjoyable. Money well spent. I highly recommend this tour.
Boat captain and Luigi were great... fun and accomodating. Boat tour was great. Didn't get into Blue Grotto due to wait, but they showed us around the island and it was better. Highly recommend.
The skipper was SO knowledgeable about the island and the views of the island from the boat were absolutely breathtaking. We were then given free time exploring the island which was so fun too. The other passengers were friendly and it was nice to be social with other travelers. One of our favorite days of the trip. TOTALLY recommend
The tour didn't start very well as the van which took us to the port was having problems with AC. Imagine in a car full of people without AC in soaring heat. The boat ride was nice. The captain was not the chatty one, but the crew is. He'll explain along the ride what to do, what to expect, and how to avoid problems during the trip. The trip provide LOTS OF BEERS, limitless limoncello, soda and mineral water. Free lunch included in the trip as well. They also provides some snorkelling equipment (bring yours for your own convenience) and floating noodles (safe for those who cannot swim). Everything is well prepared. The trip was quite rough as it was quite wavy, but the sky was clear so we were having the best view ever with all the blue sea and green grotto. We dipped in the blue sea twice but didn't manage to get into the blue grotto as the waiting line was around 1.5 hours to 2 hours. So we went straight to Capri and do a 4 hours tour by ourselves with route prepared by the captain and his crew. Once we're on our way back, we dipped again (the second time) as we didn't got into the blue grotto. The Journey back to Sorrento was one of the best experience we've ever had. We had a great chat through our journey along beautiful sea. It was marvellous. They drop you at marina grande at the end. So Having a hotel near that area would be nice if you're looking for a quick trip back to your hotel.
What a beautiful day! We left Sorrento and made our way to Capri on the lovely spacious boat. We were given 4 hours to explore the island and were advised to divide our time between Capri and Anacapri. We were given a sandwich and a bottle of water each! Chair lift to the top of Anacapri is a must! The views are breathtaking! When we made our way back to the boat we had free time to swim and dive in the beautiful blue sea waters. We were given as much beer and prosecco as we liked on board too! Then we had a tour of the whole island and the grottos! Tour guide was lovely friendly and full of amazing facts and information! Thank you for such a lovely trip that I will always remember! Highly recommend! Good value for money!
This was my FAVORITE Tour! Our captain, Andrea was FANTASTIC! The whole day was MAGICAL! I travelled with my husband and two children, ages 7 and 9. They all loved it! We were a total of 12 on the boat which was perfect. The boat was clean and stocked up with drinks, sandwiches and swim gear. We were the first ones in the Blue Grotto which was AMAZING! After that we headed for Capri and had 4 hours of free time on the island. CAPRI IS STUNNING! After Capri, Andrei picked us up and we cruised around the island and swam in the beautiful sea surrounded by yachts and beautiful scenery. Take this tour, it was SPECTACULAR! We will definitely take it again!
Our family ( myself, husband, 16, 15 an 11 year old) done this trip and we had a fabulous time. Captain was great and we were provided with plenty of drinks. Swam for a while but no snorkeling. Capri was beautiful. We drove by the grottos but because of high tide, we couldn’t go in. I would recommend this trip to anybody thinking of doing it.
The tour has to be cancel due to the weather but we had called them the night before to reconfirm and at that time the advise us of the change. I not such when they would have reached out us with the change in plans. Good thing is that they refunded all our money back right away. I would recommed to reconfirm your tours the day before as you go along.
We saw a lot of really cool places around Capri. However, the other people on our trip were more concerned with swimming than checking out all the grottos. We only waited 15 minutes to get into the Blue Grotto and didn't get in, and the driver said we had to leave but everyone was willing to wait.
The boat is spacious for 12 of us. Captain and crew was very accommodating and friendly. Allowing us spently of time swimming, snorkeling and exploring island of Capri.
